Our ADM222 is an RTD Temperature Trip Transmitter which is suitable for SIL 1 & SIL 2 rated (EN 61508-2) safety instrumented system (SIS) loop applications, as 1oo1 architecture (HFT:0).
Input is any 2 or 3 Wire PT100 RTD connection. Any temperature range with a span greater than 25°C may be specified as standard. (PT1000 input & 4-Wire input options also available)
Output is any standard process current source (up to 20mA). Drive voltage 11Vdc, max 550Ω load at 20mA. Voltage source up to 10V, min 500Ω load
Trip Output; A set of changeover contacts rated at 250VAC, 2A, 100VA (resistive). Fail Safe Relay De-energises on Trip & on Loss of Power. Red LED indication of Relay Status on front fascia; Extinguished in Trip/De-energised state.
