Contact us by telephone, fax or email  for our quality "before and after" sales support on our products . Your call is answered by a person happy to assist you with your requirements / query. Furthermore our  technical support is free of any premium rate. You may contact us to obtain latest prices and availability on our range of products, place an order or for technical assistance. We also have a complaints procedure, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with our products and/or services please let us know.

On-Site Assistance

We have experienced site engineers to assist with installation of our product or to assist with trouble shooting and carry out repairs on site to keep the downtime to minimum. We also understand that in some cases it is not possible to interrupt a process so to keep disruption and your downtime to an absolute minimum, we also offer the service over a weekend / shutdown period..

Maintenance & Servicing

If you are an end user then you understand the importance of regularly maintaining your installations to avoid potentially disastrous breakdowns. We offer a competitive long or short term solution to meet your needs. We can draw up agreeable routine maintenance schedule and carry out Service checks / refurbishment on site at very competitive rates.  Please contact us for further details.
